Caviahue Ski Center counts with 18 ski runs, with three difficulty levels from beginners to advanced skiers. The ski runs have a longitude of 25 kilometers, creating a skiable surface of 2200 hectares.
The ski runs are mostly for advanced skiers, because of the high slopes. The 42 percent of them are advanced runs, and then there are 31 percent for beginners, a 17 percent for intermediate skiers and 9 percent of the runs for expert sports.
Between the attractions of this ski center, there is the possibility to do a cross country descend of eight kilomentrs from the crater of Caviahue volcano to the base of the mountain.
The Base of Caviahue is located at 1647 meters of height and the summit goes over 2900 meters to the level of the sea. This ski center counts with snow tracks to do expeditions to the summit of the mountain.
The maximum slope of the mountain is 1250 meters and the slope goes from 5 degrees to 35 degrees.
